Review in 75 Words or Less: Word of advice: Do not read this novel at night... there are parts of this novel that are downright scary. I have to say that this novel really surprised me. While the characters are middle schoolish, parts of this novel are so advanced. The premise, the creatures, the mystery... all things that I did not expect to work so well. This novel is completely absorbing, and will keep you on your toes.Final Verdict: The Stone Child an amazing read. It was full of interesting characters, things that go bump in the night, and a surprising ending that I did not see coming. Highly recommend.
